Everything Lumon Hoped You Would Not Think To Ask

SCD Notice
This repository exists because the show left gaps. Not plot holes — gaps. Deliberate ones. Lumon's paperwork is real somewhere. The severance package your innie can never know about is real somewhere. We filled in the blanks using the show's own logic, employment law, and the kind of corporate malice that does not require imagination — only attention.

Everything here is labeled. CANON means the show confirmed it. SPECULATIVE means we extrapolated from what the show established. FAN FICTION means we wrote it ourselves and we stand behind it. The line between the three is thinner than Lumon would prefer.

About This Archive
Section 02 · Editorial Statement

Why The SCD Built This

The show is about information asymmetry. Lumon knows everything. The innies know nothing. The outies think they know enough. None of them have read the paperwork.

This archive is the paperwork. Reconstructed, extrapolated, and in several places entirely invented — but invented using Lumon's own logic, which turns out to be internally consistent in ways that are genuinely unsettling. When you build a fake legal document using a fictional company's established rules and it holds together, that says something about the show. It also says something about how employment contracts actually work.

The SCD is a character. The SCD knows it's fan fiction. The SCD did it anyway.

SeveranceScore.com is a real tool that benchmarks real severance packages for real people who got laid off. The Lumon aesthetic is the wrapper. The utility is the point.
